List of All Bitcoin Addresses with Balance
If you're looking for an up-to-date list of all Bitcoin addresses with balances in a text file format, you've come to the right place. BitRef, one of the largest and fastest providers of Bitcoin blockchain data, maintains such a list. It is updated daily to ensure the information is as current as possible.
Upon request, we can also provide the list with addresses hashed in RIPEMD-160* (Hash-160) format, as required by software such as Brainflayer. We can supply the data as a list of addresses only, or include balances as well, in CSV or TSV format.
The main purpose of such a list is to enable the creation of a Bloom filter or an indexed database. This allows for extremely fast searches for Bitcoin addresses that may hold a balance. It’s significantly faster than using a Bitcoin API to check the balance of each address individually.
Please note that the list contains over 55,000,000 addresses and is approximately 2.6 GB in size (1.6 GB when compressed as a ZIP file). The list is sorted in descending order from the richest addresses to those holding only 1 satoshi. This makes it easy to trim the file if you're only interested in addresses above a certain balance threshold.
